Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. During this time, your order is reviewed, prepared, and sent into production.

Production Time
Because Alive On Purpose merchandise is made utilizing on-demand printing and embroidery services, production typically takes around 4 business days. This allows each piece to be created specifically for you while reducing waste and supporting a more sustainable process.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Local Pickup
FREE local pickup/delivery is available for customers in the Bay Area, California. Pickup details and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Delays
Unfortunately, things happen sometimes. If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 days, or you believe your order may have been lost in transit, please contact us at support@aliveonpurposeproject.org. We’ll be happy to look into your shipment and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Because Alive On Purpose merchandise is made specifically for our community and may be produced on demand, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aliveonpurposeproject.org with the subject "RETURN"

2. A description of the issue
3. Photos showing the damage or incorrect item

If approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has begun.
